Once your business is on our radar we do our own preliminary research as well as a brief discovery call with you / your team to make sure we understand your goals and challenges as a business.

custom proposal
We put a custom proposal together for every single project outlining the challenges, goals, methodology, & price range. This proposal is unique to your business and your project.

official statement of work
Once we get a green light that you're wanting to move forward, we create an official SOW that lists all details, deliverables, & timelines along with an official fixed price.

contract & Deposit
We have clients sign the proposal, SOW, and a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to make sure all parties on the same page and protected throughout the process. Then we collect a deposit to begin work.

project kickoff
Once all documents are signed and a deposit is received, we prepare for the official project kickoff and pour our heart and soul into your project as if we're working to build a piece of our own business.
